it’s work fine with my laptop and desktop

and window xp and vista also

    the other thing is good

    grip is also good

but when I use wheel click, (rigth click and left click are perfectily fine, but only wheel click)

mouse sometimes ignore my wheel click.

it may means you need to click harder this mouse than average wheel mouse

the other thing is perfect, but the problem is I’m using wheel click

continuously only one problem is very big problem for me..

but some people do not use wheel click, so if you do not use wheel

it will be fine for you. and whee scroll sound is bad

  2. Terrible. Positive reviewers must never use the middle button click.

    …nor click much at all.

For the rest of us, here’s the two fatal flaws this mouse has:

#1: Middle button click fails 90% of time on first try. It scrolls up or down instead. Why? Because, unless you brace yourself and take perfect aim straight down on that spinning wheel, you will click down, yes, but also roll the wheel one tiny tick up or down (depending on your angle of approach). This causes a click down event, followed by a scroll event, then only a click up event – which, in most applications, including IE and Firefox, is a “miss click”, the scroll canceling the click. Most applications respond when the mouse button is released, not when it is first pressed down, and then only if the mouse has not moved much since clicked down. So the design flaw is that the scroll wheel still responds to scrolling when the middle click is down. Scrolling should instead be disabled when the wheel button is clicked down. Or make the wheel not scroll so easily when clicking it.

#2: Left and Right click buttons are far too firm. Picky ? No. When you notice something like this, it means it’s too firm. One should not notice one’s forearm muscles tensing and becoming sore after using a mouse for an hour. Weakling? No. I’m a programmer and graphic designer, and use a mouse 12 hours a day. I also paint the house and lay Pergo. It’s not my arms, it’s the mouse.

Some Logitech mice are excellent. My Logitech MX 510 for example. This LX3 is terrible.

  3. HYTRIN5 says:

The mouse body is too narrow for my hands. I prefer the older models that do not get narrower towards the palm of the hand. The mouse buttons require a lot of pressure.

Tracking and wheel is ok which is why I gave it any stars at all.

it was a present for somebody else, so I cannot really review this item… the only thing I realized was, that the wheel was a little noisy, and we were not able to figure out how to use the zoom functions at once…
