I purchased this product hoping it would put an end to cleaning the old ball type mouse. I am very disappointed with the Kensington Mouse and will be going back to my old mouse. Basically, the mouse has a mind of it’s own!

This mouse works great on my PC, but when I plugged it into my MAC, for some reason, it had a mind of it’s own and refused to work correctly after a few minutes. Overall, it’s a good inexpensive mouse and I would buy it again.

This mouse randomly sends the pointer across the screen at unpredictable times. I went back to my old style ball mouse.

I switched from PC’s on 2007 to what was then a new Imac (the largest all around, lot of more money than PC) and I have never looked back. I still miss some of the software specially designed for PC’s since I made the switch and soon, I hope, will purchase a competent Laptop PC so I can have the best of both worlds. My Imac came with what I have come to learn is called, the Mighty Mouse, and been using it continuously ever since. Lately and because of tear and wear I noticed that the wheel was not as smooth as it used to be and also the left and right clicks, still it works and for that I applaud the Mighty Mouse but after reading the reviews for the Kensington K72213USA Mouse-in-a-Box Optical 2 USB Mouse (PC/Mac) I decided to buy one. Thanks to the Amazon reviewers I have found what can very easily match and surpass the previous Mighty Mouse. As soon as it arrived I had to give it a test drive and lo and behold, it is everything the reviewers had said it was. Smooth as butter or silk, plug and play with no in between, my Imac did not resist the change of Mice at all. Happy as a clam I must thank the cool, cool people that write reviews on Amazon. I, for one, am always thankful for the advice and opinions of these great crowd. 5 Stars, why the heck not for an inexpensive, highly efficient USB Mouse! Very nice, indeed!

I like that this product can be used as a USB for my Mac or as a plug in for my PC. The cord is plenty long, and it is a comfortable fit to the hand.
